Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Process new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Support payroll processing and assist with accounts payable tasks as needed.
  • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Utilize financial software such as Workday and UltiPro for data entry and management of employee information.
  • Collaborate with the finance department on governmental accounting matters and technical accounting issues.
  • Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to HR functions.
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits administration and other HR initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial software, particularly Workday and UltiPro, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and governmental accounting will be an advantage.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting with employees at all levels.

Pay: $21.02 - $22.17 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
