Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Process new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Support payroll processing and assist with accounts payable tasks as needed.
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize financial software such as Workday and UltiPro for data entry and management of employee information.
- Collaborate with the finance department on governmental accounting matters and technical accounting issues.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to HR functions.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits administration and other HR initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial software, particularly Workday and UltiPro, is highly desirable.
- Experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and governmental accounting will be an advantage.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting with employees at all levels.
