Dietary Supervisor Key Duties:
- Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens and closes the department as required.
- Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
- Performs other job-related duties.
- Prior Supervisor experience in skilled nursing facility or healthcare preferred.
- Certification in healthcare cooking - ServSafe
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work as a team member.
