We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as our Director of Rehabilitation in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Director of Rehabilitation Key Duties:

• Day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, speech services for the facility.
• Clinical oversight in a manner that supports the goals of the facility while meeting federal and state regulations.
• Supervise all rehab team. Oversees rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Ensures screening policies are operating and compliant.
• Verifies that documentation is completed and filed promptly and that chart audits are completed.
• Assists in developing and implementing new programs as needed. Attend care plan meetings as needed.
  
  
  

Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy program.
• 2-3 years minimum of director level experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience in managing cost and productivity.
• Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
• Actively licensed therapist in the state of Ohio as a Physical/Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist.
