Our Environmental Services Department is seeking an experienced Floor Tech for long-term care nursing facility in Washington, PA.

Floor Tech Staff Key Duties

Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.

Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.

Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use.

Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.

Floor Tech Qualifications

Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-2 years long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills.
