The firm is a $9 billion institutional asset manager with offices in New York and London. The firm has a high-quality, global reputation and a nearly 30-year history of managing credit focused on long-only and alternative strategies. The firm seeks to hire an individual in its New York office.
Position Overview
This individual will serve as an integral member of the Client Advisory team with a focus on supporting the firm’s institutional and wealth management clients. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated interest and ability to complete the full range of investor relations tasks (detailed below). The role will require strong quantitative, analytical, and communications skills. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Supporting the firm’s internal Client Advisory and Sales efforts, including creating and editing presentations and fact sheets, assisting with monthly or quarterly letters/commentaries, performing competitor analysis
Preparing regularly scheduled monthly and quarterly reporting, and assisting with responding to ad hoc investor inquiries
Participating actively in the RFI, RFP, and DDQ process, and helping to develop a more streamlined, efficient, and scalable process, including maintaining the questionnaire repository
Providing support in the production of due diligence materials
Processing and reporting client inflows, outflows, and guidelines changes
Compiling performance analytics/attribution
Preparing product reviews for senior management and marketers
- Entering and managing contacts and sales notes in the firm’s CRM System
- Collaborating and working closely with the team on automation initiatives

- Familiarity with Dynamo, eVestment, DiligenceVault, and Bloomberg is helpful but not required
Background/Professional Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience required
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
