Event ticketing services and technology company is looking for a Event Manager to lead expansion in the United States, based in Miami, Florida.
The main objective of this role will be to manage the opening and development of the company's first office in the US market, establishing strategic relationships with event producers, entertainment venues and other key players in the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business strategies, ensuring operational profitability and positioning the company as a benchmark in the sector.
Main responsibilities
Lead the opening and operation of the local office in Miami.
Identify, capture and manage relationships with strategic clients, such as production companies and entertainment venues. Represent the company at events, meetings and industry conferences.
Supervise local operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and corporate policies. Manage budgets, profitability analysis and operating costs.
Collaborate closely with the corporate team based in Santiago, Chile to align objectives and strategies.
- Profile requirements
- Professional training in Economics, Commerce, Administration or Engineering. Proven experience in commercial positions. It will be highly desirable that this experience be within the events and entertainment industry. Deep knowledge of the Miami market and a solid network of local contacts.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written. Ability to lead teams, design commercial strategies and negotiate at an executive level.
