What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Certification CPA/MBA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A, ideally within a service, construction, or private equity-owned organization.
- Prepare and lead presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and corporate finance to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with divisional goals.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead weekly pacing updates to provide a clear view of performance against targets.
- Manage system reporting to ensure data integrity and usability for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor financial health and operational performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage technology to automate workflows and improve reporting capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and corporate finance, to drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performing finance function.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
