Cleaning Specialist

As the welcoming face that greets everyone each day, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our customers' homes are always kept immaculate and inviting. With your keen eye for detail and positive attitude, you will help foster a friendly and organized atmosphere for everyone who enters.

We are currently looking for someone who is available for early morning and afternoon shifts, as we believe that having a flexible schedule will allow us to better serve our clients and maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on. Your contribution will be invaluable in creating a clean and pleasant environment for all.

Duties

• Conduct a comprehensive cleaning of designated areas, which include offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• When cleaning residential properties, make sure that every area is immaculate and welcoming.
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, paying special attention to hard-to-reach spots.
• Clear floors and organize each room to uphold a neat appearance.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to guarantee cleanliness and safety.
• Clean the insides of windows as necessary.
• Change bed linens when required.
• Clean and Disinfect bathrooms
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Making sure to replace bag.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns or safety risks to management.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to spot areas in need of cleaning or maintenance
• Excellent time management skills are necessary to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills are important for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Capability to lift, bend, and remain standing for extended periods of time.
• Drivers License is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
