Key Responsibilities

- Support event coordinators in managing registration and check-in processes.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the event venue.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with event attendees and team members.
- Adhere to all event protocols, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with the management of event materials, supplies, and inventory.
