Confident Staff Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Travel Nurses to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to explore new places, meet new people, and gain valuable experience in a variety of healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Assess and monitor patient's condition and document any changes in their health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active nursing license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS/CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work with diverse patient populations
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
