Seeking a skilled and self-motivated Auto Dismantler to join our team. In this non-customer-facing role, you will be responsible for dismantling vehicles, identifying salvageable parts, and preparing them for resale. This position requires someone comfortable working independently, with mechanical knowledge
Daily Workflow :
Dismantle vehicles to remove usable parts, including engines, transmissions, body panels, and other components
Assess and identify salvageable parts for resale, ensuring they are in good condition and properly documented
Organize and store removed parts in an efficient and orderly manner
Drain fluids, remove hazardous materials, and dispose of non-salvageable parts in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to complete tasks effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
We’re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings) :
Previous experience in automotive dismantling, mechanic work, or a related field is preferred
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical ability to lift heavy parts, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a drug test (THC ok)
Schedule :
Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 : 00 pm
