Client Relationship & Branch Manager (1696506)
$20-25 per hour
Grants Pass OR
Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Join a small motivated remote team and work independently in and from our established business office in Grants Pass, with a lot of varied client interaction in a 3-county area including servicing clients in-person at client businesses, on the phone as well as via email and text. If you enjoy and appreciate building and maintaining new and existing business relationships and you have some management experience with an ability to work independently in a 1-person office while providing a high-level of customer service, this might be the job for you.

Responsibilities:
» Maintain established relationships with business clients
» Write professional email communications with clients, staff and management
» HR related responsibilities include daily employee relations, interviewing, hiring and managing a large external workforce in your local region
» Perform administrative tasks, accept calls from clients, discuss business issues, take detailed notes and document every conversation into a database
» Comfortable operating computers and learning new technology; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
» Drive own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) as needed, to client businesses to accept orders, learn about client needs and take site tours
» Accept new orders and provide quotes
» Fill orders with team
» Prioritize schedule according to workload
» Coordinate with remote team and company leadership
» Learn and abide by company policy & procedure
» Be on time to the office every morning
» Dress and groom professionally, representing the business appropriately
Preferred, but not required:
» Business-to-Business sales or customer service
» Human Resource skills and knowledge
» Business education, courses, or training
