Entry-Level Cabinet Shop Laborer (1695719)    $17 per hour

Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

Culture:

» This is a great opportunity for someone with minimal construction experience who wants to learn and grow in a trade.

» Work in a small, specialized custom shop with experienced craftsmen.

» Gain hands-on training with tools and shop techniques.

» Learn proper sanding and finishing methods for high-quality cabinetry.

Daily Workflow:

» Assist with sanding and finishing cabinets to prepare them for final assembly.

» Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

» Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

» Follow safety protocols and shop procedures.

» Support experienced team members with various shop tasks as needed.

We’re Seeking (skills, education and screenings):

» Some experience with hand tools or general construction is preferred but not required.

» Willingness to learn and take direction.

» Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

» Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

» Reliability and a positive attitude.

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
