Culture :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s sheet metal manufacturing team. This position involves TIG welding predominately aluminum and other thin sheet metal to produce high-quality products
The ideal candidate has TIG welding experience and is comfortable using tools, measuring accurately, and working with their hands
Daily Workflow :
TIG weld thin aluminum (.062) from 1 / 16" - 3 / 32" 18-20 gauge
Maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment
Performing tasks that may involve standing for long periods or sitting as needed
Using measuring tools and working with hand tools efficiently
We’re Seeking :
TIG welding experience (Required)
Good mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and measuring
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
Schedule :
Monday – Thursday; 6 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm (4-day, 40-hour workweek)
