Responsibilities

- Oversee the implementation and adherence to SOX compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain robust financial management systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct technical accounting research to address complex financial issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end close processes and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to maintain fiscal health.
