Job Summary:
The NuSmile Order Fulfillment Specialist supports the Customer Service department and other NuSmile Personnel by fulfilling orders and managing stock in a timely and professional manner.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of the NuSmile Order Fulfillment Specialist / Quality Inspectors include but are not limited to the following:
· Fulfill and complete and inspect all orders according to most current Work Instruction, ensuring that everything on the sales order form is completed, and that any appropriate or needed paperwork / information is included
· Conduct a final check of sales order form to ensure accurate order completion including all paperwork / information materials that should accompany the order
· Create UPS Shipping Labels, maintain and update all shipments to addresses in the UPS World Ship database.
· Inspect orders for completion before sending to shipping department
· Monitor inventory to report any shortage to manager in order to ensure production of that product is included in the production for the week.
· Throughout each business day, communicate with Order Fulfillment Manager if any item is low in stock.
· Place any and all stock of products in the safe or other designated storage area each evening
· Check products received from production or OEMs as indicated by work instructions prior to placing in stock.
· Report any inconsistencies to NuSmile Order Fulfillment Manager
· Dating and rotating of stock
· Assist in maintaining adequate number of finished products in stock.
· Every first of each month conduct a physical count of all Signature finished goods in inventory.
· Assist the Shipping / Receiving Specialist with packing orders, putting together shipping boxes, and compiling new doctor product information folders as needed.
· In the absence of the Shipping Clerk; Receive products from vendor deliveries. Keeps record / log of all incoming shipments. Routes incoming shipments to departments / or quarantine room when needed. Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas.
· Look for opportunities and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
- Highly organized and service minded with strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
