Sales Manager

Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Duties
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends

Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide the sales team
- Proven experience in managing sales operations effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Background in technology sales or related field is advantageous
- Ability to negotiate effectively and drive business development initiatives
- Solid understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
