Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the banking industry as well as manufacturing. 10 years in financial leadership, including CFO/VP Finance roles in manufacturing/distribution.
- Expertise: Strong operational finance background, ERP implementation, and financial controls.
- Skills: Strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, manage change, and oversee complex projects.
