We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee development, and coaching.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Lead or assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
