Human Resources Manager – Multi-Site Operations
Location: Irvington, NJ
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for multiple facilities, providing expert guidance on workforce matters.
- Partner with operations leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Conduct I-9 audits and maintain compliance with immigration and labor laws.
- Champion employee engagement, training, and professional development programs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Manage HR systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Provide guidance on investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Who We’re Looking For
- 7 years of HR experience, ideally in food manufacturing or production.
- 2 years in HR management with experience supporting multiple facilities.
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll administration.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support multi-site operations.
