What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Manage and assess regulatory, quality assurance, and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
- Collaborate & Educate: Work with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to reduce risk, promote safety, and educate on healthcare laws like HIPAA, Stark, and the Sunshine Act.
- Track & Report: Monitor and report on key action items from compliance reviews and safety events.
- Investigate & Resolve: Address incidents, complaints, and claims to prevent future risk exposure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare regulatory, QA, and risk management programs (or related legal/compliance roles).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (RN, JD, or MBA preferred).
- Certifications: Healthcare compliance certifications within one year of hire (CPHQ, HCQM, or CPQPS).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, Stark Law, and more).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, delegate, and work effectively with a team.
