Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in Salesforce, guiding the development and implementation of best practices.
- Provide guidance re: the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the practice.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development and expand the Salesforce practice.
- Collaborate with other practice leaders to identify opportunities for cross practice solutions that differentiate the market and provide exceptional value to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and leadership roles.
- Salesforce certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is required. Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are beneficial.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Results driven and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration technologies.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
