Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
- Membership Conversion – marketing strategy is crucial to this role!
- Leadership – building a consistent and cohesive culture, managing employees, time, customer service, appointments, upselling opportunities, and overall feel for the spa
- Business Acumen – The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key. Hands-on professional who will work with owners to improve customer service, manage great people and run a successful spa
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 2 to 3 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
- Ability to manage different roles and personalities.
