About the Role

The ideal candidate has successfully led sales organizations within companies generating $100M in annual revenue, preferably private equity-backed businesses. They will bring expertise in M&A integration, board-level reporting, and strategic sales leadership. A strong background in Salesforce CRM optimization, sales process development, and team management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee M&A-related sales integration, ensuring smooth transitions and revenue retention post-acquisition.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Provide board-level reporting, offering insights on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Optimize the use of Salesforce CRM to streamline sales operations and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to position the company as a leader in the commercial roofing space.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years of sales leadership experience in a commercial roofing, construction, or related industry.
- Proven track record of scaling sales organizations in $100M revenue companies.
- Experience working in a private equity-backed environment and navigating high-growth strategies.
- Strong background in M&A sales integration and leading teams through acquisitions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and team oversight.
- Experience presenting to and working with a board of directors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
