We are currently seeking apart time Food Preparer.
Major Responsibilities Include
- Prepare fresh items to serve our guest
- execute daily task such of cleaning and organize our walk in coolers
- Review menus items
- Assure that all food procedures are followed
- Portioning and lableling
- assis with unloading the truck
- Follow all sanitation guidelines
- Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
- Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long period of times
- Some english reading and understanding would be best but not require
