🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of core developers working on core banking technologies and integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, PMO, and IT teams
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and secure development
- Influence technical direction and vendor strategy while fostering a team-oriented, agile environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years in application development, preferably in the financial sector
- Hands-on experience with banking technologies (Symitar/Jack Henry a plus)
- Experience in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and enterprise-grade platforms
- Strong leadership skills in agile environments, including mentoring and team development
- Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams
