About the Role :
We’re seeking a Commercial HVAC Superintendent to lead and oversee HVAC construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll coordinate teams, ensure project quality, and drive efficiency on job sites. What You’ll Do :
- Supervise & Coordinate – Oversee Foremen and skilled tradespeople to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Project Planning – Review blueprints, schedule meetings, and coordinate installations for new construction.
- Material & Manpower Estimates – Assess labor and material needs for project completion.
- Inspection & Compliance – Lead daily construction inspections, commissioning, and adherence to building codes.
- Problem-Solving – Address issues on-site and collaborate with teams for effective solutions.
What You Bring :
Experience : Strong background in commercial HVAC construction and installation in a Superintendent role
Leadership Skills : Ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and maintain project timelines.
Technical Knowledge : Proficiency with blueprints, building materials, and electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
Attention to Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
License : Valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
