What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Manager - Japanese OEMs position at Confidential Company?
Your task
1.Coordinate and lead the global activities at JEOMs for all products in close cooperation with the Board of Directors, customer and product business units, central functions and plants. Target is the growth of the market position, the successful acquisition of planned projects as well as the sustainable growth in sales and profit.
2. Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.
3. Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units.
4. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator”)
5. Create information leadership over competitors
6. Monitor and influence customer targets and strategies in development, purchasing and marketing.
7. Coordinate and align the approach of the business divisions with respect to cross divisional topics (contracts, terms and conditions, warranties, price specifications, cost-break-downs, strategy discussions on executive level, tech days, etc.)
8. Support all series production projects, incl. preparation and execution of price negotiations
9. Responsible for all measures and instructions related to safety, security and environmental protection
Your profile
Language requirement: Japanese and English proficiency level-business fluency
Technical or commercial university education.
