The Land Management and Building Maintenance person will be responsible for : ensuring the efficient planting and harvesting of cover crops on a 300 acre Wyoming family ranchmaintaining and repairing all Agri equipmentweed controloversee 5 acre Organic farm maintenance repair projects in ranch buildingsmaintain ranch appearance by mowing, maintaining roads, gates and fences, etc.anticipating needed supplies; land and buildingsshop management; ensuring it is kept clean, organized and well equipped with necessary toolssnow plowingplacing and running the field irrigations systems various building maintenance repairs and inspections to make sure all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems are working in all buildings Various other repairs, maintenance and odd tasks as needed on the property Demonstrated experience in the following equipment (note this list is not a complete list of equipment )John Deere Tractor 4066R and 440R bucketJohn Deere Tractor attachments using IMatch hitches such as blowers Boxes, buckets, spreaders and sprayersBobcat S185 with attachments, pallet lift, bucket and other attachmentsKubota M135X and attachments such as snow blower, field tilling equipment, Hay cutting equipment etc using the quick attach system Power generators both mobile and stationary.
