Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Compensation : Highly Competitive Pay (DOE)
Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist with front desk duties such as greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Handle billing and insurance claims processing, verifying coverage and collecting payments.
Manage office inventory and supplies, ordering as needed.
Provide administrative support to the office manager and dental team.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and waiting room.
Assist with other tasks as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration preferred.
Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
