Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operational Management : Lead, support, and develop team members to ensure that high-quality patient care is consistently delivered. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff training, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring, to create an environment where both patients and employees thrive.
- Administrative Management : Oversee patient scheduling, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Billing & Insurance : Handle patient billing, process insurance claims, and manage collections.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor office expenses, manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and oversee payroll for staff.
- Patient Relations : Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns, handling communications, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Marketing & Promotions : Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients, manage social media, and implement referral programs.
- Inventory & Supplies : Manage vendor relationships and ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and equipment.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Maintain office policies related to infection control and sanitation.
