Position : Dental Regional Manager
Location : Atlanta, Georgia
Overview :
Our private dental corporation is in search of a motivated, smart and hard working team member to help oversee our 11 orthodontic locations in the Atlanta area. Our company offers a positive work environment, strong culture, a lucrative benefits package and supportive upper management to help our Operations Managers and their teams.
We are looking for a problem-solving leader that will be responsible for the financial performance of the offices they oversee. They will build relationships and interface with individual practice managers and clinicians working in the offices, and will need to be capable to step in and support these managers as needed. Orthodontic and other specialty experience is a plus. A working knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Georgia government reimbursement plans for adults and children is preferred.
Requirements :
- Multi-location dental operations experience
- Understanding of a profit and loss statement and the ability to make recommendations based on the data
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
