Associate Dentist Opportunity – FFS PPO Only | 4-Day Workweek | 401(k) PTO

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Dentist (General Dentist) to join our growing, modern dental practice in Palmerton, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on quality patient care—not volume.

- Privately owned, fee-for-service and PPO-only practice (no HMOs or DMOs)
- Modern, fully digital office with Dentrix and Dexis
- 3 operatories (4th chair being added soon!)
- Collaborative team: 1 hygienist (2nd on the way), 1 dental assistant, and front desk
- Full-scope dentistry including general, endo, extractions, prosthodontics, and more
Schedule & Perks:
- 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM
- Optional Friday hours: 8 AM – 12 PM
- 401(k)
