Automotive Parts Management Experience Required
We’re a respected, long-standing automotive dealership in the greater Beckley area, and we’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Parts Manager to take the lead in our parts department. This is a steady, well-supported role in a dealership that values loyalty, consistency, and doing things the right way—without unnecessary change or disruption.
Our parts department is already in solid shape, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, fine-tune what’s working, and bring their own steady leadership to the role. You’ll have the freedom to run things your way, without micromanagement or constant change. Responsibilities - Parts Manager:
- Oversee all operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering
- Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and parts data
- Ensure efficient communication between parts, service, and sales departments
- Lead and support a team of parts staff with professionalism and clarity
- Monitor stock levels to meet internal and customer demand without overstocking
- Keep the department organized, efficient, and customer-service focused
- Work closely with management to meet performance and budget goals
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 years of experience as a dealership Parts Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up)- Solid understanding of manufacturer parts systems and DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A calm, consistent, process-driven management style
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and have a safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
