Role and Responsibilities

Professionally handle incoming calls from participants through a multi-line system, and ensure that issues are

resolved both promptly and thoroughly

Communicate with clients by telephone or e-mail to provide information and assistance with participants'

retirement plans

Keep electronic records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,

and comments, as well as actions taken within the CRM system

Develops overall understanding of general aspects of the business and services offered

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

2-Year Degree in Business-Related Curriculum or Equivalent Experience

Experience with multi-line phone systems

Experience with CRM

Preferred Skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Strong decision making and analytical abilities

Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word

Accurate and efficient data entry
