Responsibilities:
- Assists the human resources team with various administrative tasks.
- Responsible for onboarding new hires, processing required documents
- Enter new hires in HRIS, updating information, processing terminations
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Maintain employee and HR electronic files
- Respond to employees' inquiries concerning policies, procedures, and benefits
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills:
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years related experience required.
Salary : $25 - $30
