Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director (LICSW) to lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of clinical services, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the professional development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of licensed social workers and other mental health professionals.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff.
- Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in MA.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
