Your Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of prescription processing and dispensing.
Oversee sterile IV admixture preparation.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient medication regimens.
Ensure the security and proper storage of medications.
Assist with inventory control alongside purchasing staff.
Verify and manage orders prepared for delivery.
Provide timely expert guidance to healthcare professionals via oral and email communication.
Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Qualifications :
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing.
