Your Responsibilities :
Deliver resident-centered care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, as outlined in each Care Plan.
Assist residents with mobility and ensure their comfort and safety.
Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to maintain a supportive care environment.
Provide care tailored to residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resident well-being.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Active CNA certification from a State-approved program required.
Documentation of certification must be provided at the time of application.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
