We’re seeking a motivated, high energy and results-driven Community Marketer and Business Development Liaison to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in promoting and selling post-acute rehab and long-term nursing care. The Community Marketer and Business Development Liaison will be responsible for tasks related to community outreach, business development, and fostering relationships with healthcare partners.
This is a full-time remote role located near the following markets :
Logansport, South Bend, and surrounding areas
Qualifications :
- 2 years' experience in the nursing home industry as a Marketing Director or Clinical Liaison, with a documented track record of increasing visibility, admissions, and census is a must.
- Strong sales skills and ability to showcase our services in a compelling way and build strong community relationships that will grow our brand.
- Experience reviewing referrals to ensure appropriateness for placement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, generate leads and identify marketing opportunities that will contribute to census growth.
- Knowledge of insurances and financial criteria for accepting admissions a must.
