Strategic Marketing & Outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, physicians, assisted living facilities, and other community resources.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase census and enhance the facility’s payor mix.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote specialized post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services.Represent the facilities at community events, networking functions, and professional healthcare conferences.Referral Management
Collaborate with referral sources to streamline the admissions process, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.Conduct professional presentations to educate referral sources about the facility’s services and capabilities.Review referrals to ensure clinical appropriateness and alignment with facility capabilities.Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with internal teams, including the administrator, nursing, business office, and admissions, to create a seamless admissions experience.Act as a liaison between the facility and the healthcare community, providing insight into market trends and opportunities.What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience : 2 years in a healthcare marketing, business development, or admissions role, preferably in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation.Sales & Relationship Building : Strong ability to market services, cultivate relationships, and drive referrals.Knowledge of Healthcare Systems : Familiarity with insurance providers, Medicare / Medicaid processes, and clinical requirements for admissions.Dynamic Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and networking abilities.Self-Starter : Motivated to take initiative, achieve goals, and make a measurable impact.How You’ll Succeed
