Job Description :
The Investment Operations Administrator will support client reporting, portfolio accounting and performance measurement, and portfolio analytics. Close coordination among the team requires full-time in-office. Responsibilities include :
- Portfolio Accounting and Performance Measurement – Create reports using the portfolio accounting software (SS&C APX) to support portfolio management, client communication, and performance composites.
- Portfolio and Market Analytics – Generate and maintain quantitative reports using market data (Bloomberg) to support portfolio management and client reporting.
- Client Reporting – Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for current and prospective clients.
- Data Management – Maintain organized electronic and physical files including key contact lists and other databases.
- Projects – Perform other projects related to client reporting, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and portfolio management analytics as needed.
