Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Management : Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.
- Benefits Administration : Manage day-to-day operations of health, retirement, and wellness programs, including open enrollment, employee inquiries, and vendor coordination.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving concerns and supporting employees and managers with HR-related issues.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure timely completion of mandatory reports such as EEO-1, ACA, and 5500 filings, and manage wage and hour compliance, leave administration, and record-keeping.
- Collaboration with Finance : Work closely with the finance team and Senior Director of HR to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including tracking PTO, wage adjustments, and bonuses.
- System Management : Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.
- HR Policy & Implementation : Execute and communicate HR policies developed by the Sr. Director of HR, ensuring they are consistently applied across the organization.
