Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Support Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the support of our application, creating dynamic documents, and supervising a team of five. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and implement new processes to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide comprehensive support for our software application, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document Creation: Develop and maintain dynamic documents, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of five support specialists, overseeing their day-to-day activities and ensuring they meet performance goals.
- Process Development: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and application issues.
- SQL Knowledge: Demonstrate strong SQL knowledge, including creating queries and a basic understanding of how to navigate databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in software support and team supervision (2 years).
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong SQL knowledge (2 years), C , C# and Java are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and manage dynamic documents.
- Experience in process development and implementation.
