Strategic Client Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Manager to lead and expand our business relationship with Microsoft. This role will focus on deepening engagement within Microsoft’s ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, and driving long-term growth through tailored solutions that align with their operational priorities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building business within Microsoft as a third-party partner, successfully navigating its internal structure, and leveraging strategic relationships to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft, fostering a consultative and strategic partnership to support their evolving needs.
- Business Development & Growth Strategy – Identify and pursue opportunities to expand engagement across Microsoft’s business units, developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue and long-term value.
- Internal & Cross-Team Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that align with the clients’ objectives and requirements.
- Regulatory & Risk Navigation – Work with internal experts to help the client to streamline processes, manage compliance considerations, and mitigate potential risks.
- Performance & Value Communication – Track key performance metrics and provide insights that demonstrate the impact of our solutions.
- Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership – Represent our company in industry events and forums, positioning us as a key partner within the client’s ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working as a third-party partner within Microsoft, managing relationships and developing business within its ecosystem.
- Strong ability to navigate Microsoft’s internal structure, engage decision-makers, and drive strategic partnerships.
- Track record of expanding enterprise client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance considerations, or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
