A highly regarded, multi-office, national litigation defense law firm is urgently seeking a General Liability Defense Attorney to join its rapidly expanding, Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide client communication and advice as it relates to litigation risks and outcomes, legal rights and obligations, etc.
- Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, discovery, discovery responses, and motions for summary judgement
- Regularly attend court appearances
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
- Perform other duties pertaining to ongoing cases and legal matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in General Liability Defense, preferably 5 years' experience
- Admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and in good standing
- Excellent legal research abilities, written and oral communication skills
