Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Catering Sales : Identify and engage potential clients, develop partnerships, and generate catering revenue for local businesses, events, and community organizations.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Event Coordination : Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute catering orders, ensuring every detail meets Newk’s high standards.
- Marketing & Outreach : Represent Newk’s at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote our catering services.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Track sales performance, provide regular updates, and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals.
