The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for the management of the human resources function of the Company. Under the general supervision of the President, the CHRO is responsible for oversight of human resources department with proven expertise in driving organizational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture landscape of our company and contributing to its overall success by employing advanced analytical techniques to drive strategic decision-making.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing and executing human resources programs and processes designed to improve people and culture operations and resources.
- Provides expert advice in a wide variety of human resources topics such as total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, etc.
- Identifies and develops methods to resolve organizational problems or cope with issues which directly affect the accomplishment of goals and objectives. Serves as an expert on the development and implementation of major human resources policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall organizational goals and objectives and ensure efficient functioning of HR operations in the organization.
- Collaborate with HR to identify and implement technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee HR’s administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and supporting the organization’s goals.
- Drive greater performance through system-thinking and creativity to create the ideal employee and customer experiences by continuously improving quality metrics, employee engagement, expense reduction, managing staffing ratios, productivity and service line growth and expansion.
- Working in a team with top-level executives to devise strategies and policies to meet corporate goals and objectives.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field required
- Seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a highly-regulated industry.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, relationship-building, mediation and negotiation skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and excellence
- A driver of change, able to manage conflict in an adaptive and agile manner
