The Facilities Supervisor provides advanced support to the Business Office. This support may include records maintenance, reports, and other administrative tasks. The position also supervises the delivery / courier staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records, files and calendars.
- Order supplies for the office and locations.
- Work with vendors and remote business locations.
- Handle facilities requests and coordinate responses.
- Coordinate payment of miscellaneous invoices and check requests, to include cash handling.
- Train and supervise couriers and drivers, and train business office staff.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for the team.
- Liaise with internal staff and external customers.
- Assist the Management team with internal communications and distribution.
- Additional tasks as needed.
