Fulfillment Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently processed, procured, inventoried, picked, packed, and shipped, while also managing and training the fulfillment team. This supervisor will have a deep understanding of the product line(s), parts, and manufacturing processes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the fulfillment team in inventory management and the pick-pack-ship operations for 100% complete and on-time deliveries in a Safety-First culture
• Successfully partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service as needed to drive results for the end custom
• Proactively communicate order management and fulfillment through appropriate channel
• Coordinates and communicates with Purchasing on material demand and schedule
• Maintains inventory list of stock parts to achieve high lev
• Plans and schedules all logistics and transportation for efficient and cost-effective execution
• Assists Purchasing in supplier meetings, negotiations, and performance monitoring
• Investigates and recommends fulfillment process improvements utilizing available data and analytic
• Manages department KPI’s to drive efficiency gai
• Review business processes for opportunities to streamline and make improvement
• Track and manage department labor cos
• Identify and develop leaders within the department

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, Fulfillment, Warehousing, Operations, etc.
• Experience within the marine industry pre
• Prior Leadership Experience
• Strong communication and leadership
• Strong attention to detail, focus on customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Can-do attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of technical documentation, how to read them and identify critical characteristics (or ability to
